I tried to get her to sing the ABC’s, but she doesn’t do that on demand. “Twinkle, twinkle” is her favorite, and I don’t know where “Baa, baa black sheep” came from.

We have been having some fun since the advent of repetition. I can see why the guys on funnyordie.com had so much fun with “The Landlord.”

Most of you know that Reese can climb out of her crib, but everyone asks “How does she do that?!” Well, my friends, here it is!

Reese’s cousin Joshua decided he liked her hat, so that’s what he’s wearing. Unfortunately there is no footage of him in the hat and just his underwear. It was classic. Also, Reese is saying “fall down”, not “water.” I was confused.

I made my last several videos into one, so it’s pretty long. Quite cute, though. I can’t believe how much better she can already do all of those things. She’s pretty much mastered parts of the face (though, as you can see, getting her to sit still long enough it a challenge). She’s better at throwing as well. She can count up to 6 by herself, but is not really clear on what it means. Oh well, it’s really cute.

This is the first of a few movies I need to cut. Obviously I have some catching up to do since this is from the middle of June. Sorry kids, I’m trying.

Reese loves to tell you what the animals say, and she’ll even tell you what other things say (like a clock says “tock tick” apparently). So, I caught her while she was playing with her balls and asked her for her favorites. In the second segment, she’s telling us what Jack, the ghost, says (”Boo!”). In the third segment we are looking at flash cards. Now, before you think I’m pushing my daughter too hard, she loves the cards and calls them pictures. My mom intended them as a sort of book, which is exactly what they ended up being. Normally she loves looking at the “pictures” and won’t move until you go through them two or three times. Not for the camera, of course, hence my frustration on video.
